Filing a copyright notice
If you believe content on DESGRACIADO infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district in which we may be found).
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
